Acceptable Use Policy

ELONX AI is intended for legitimate enterprise productivity, knowledge, and workflow-automation use cases.

Prohibited use

Customers and users may not use ELONX AI to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, harassment, malicious cyber activity, unauthorized surveillance, infringement of third-party rights, circumvention of service-provider restrictions, or other activity prohibited by applicable law or connected cloud and AI provider terms.

Access and account responsibility

Enterprise customers are responsible for authorizing their users, protecting credentials, defining permitted business use, and promptly disabling access that is no longer required.

Third-party AI services

Where a deployment uses third-party foundation models or cloud AI services, use must also comply with applicable provider terms, acceptable-use policies, and regional requirements.

Abuse prevention and response

ELONX AI may restrict or suspend access to a deployment, user, or workflow when necessary to investigate suspected abuse, comply with legal or provider requirements, or protect the service and its users.

Reporting

Enterprise customers should report suspected abuse or unauthorized use through their designated ELONX AI business or technical contact.
