ELONX AI provides enterprise solutions through customer-specific deployments. Data handling depends on the deployment architecture, customer instructions, connected services, and applicable agreements.

Enterprise data

Business data processed by an ELONX AI deployment may include documents, project information, technical materials, operational records, and other information authorized by the enterprise customer.

Purpose limitation

Enterprise data is processed to provide configured product functionality and customer-authorized workflows, subject to the applicable commercial agreement and deployment design.

Third-party services

Where a deployment uses third-party cloud, AI, or integration services, data processing may also be subject to the relevant provider terms and the customer-approved architecture.

Customer configuration

Access, retention, connected systems, and workflow permissions are configured according to customer requirements and the agreed deployment scope.
