ELONX AI products and services are provided to enterprise customers under applicable commercial agreements.

Enterprise delivery

Product scope, deployment environment, authorized users, integrations, support, and service responsibilities are defined in the applicable customer agreement or statement of work.

AI and cloud services

Where a solution integrates third-party cloud or foundation-model services, use is also subject to applicable provider terms, regional requirements, and acceptable-use policies.

Responsible use

Customers must use the service for legitimate business purposes and comply with the ELONX AI Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and contractual restrictions.
